Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

The room was a great Premium Room Sea View Balcony. I appreciated the building's magnificent structure. It catches the eye. Spacious rooms and premises provided a real sense of luxury. Buggy facilities made getting around simple.
The music around the pool could sometimes be too loud. It was hard to fully relax.

The hotel is near the Emirates Palace and Qasr el Watan. Marina Mall is also a short walk away, approximately two minutes. The convenient location allowed for easy access to attractions.

the location seemed fine, it made it easy to get around. breakfast had many choices to start the day.
i had an issue with the phone in the room and getting assistance was a struggle. i had to call multiple times to get through for room service. sometimes, i just gave up after trying three or four times because it took so long. also, car valet parked far from the door when space was available near, this wasnt helpful.

i found the location very convenient for exploring. the staff was helpful and always ready to assist. the breakfast had tasty options. pools and beach setups around the beach were very nice.
hospitality was bad in relation to answering the phones. i had to ring multiple times to get through, from the room or the mobile. there was no remorse when i complained at the reception desk on check-out.

staff are very cute, friendly, helpful. they went the extra mile to help guests. housekeeping always kept our accommodation in good order. they came at generally the same time each day. this was very much appreciated.
